Elle Anderson is a three-time Regional and Industry award-winning product leader. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for IT.
Elle is an accomplished visual facilitator, product strategy consultant and a strong leader of talented product teams, providing the skills assessment, mentoring and training they need to improve their approach and use of customer insights to delight customers. Having earned her stripes as a developer in an early consulting career, Elle went on to lead several business transformations and digital/application product areas for household names, including Starbucks, Capital One, Dominos Pizza, and Kraft Heinz. She remains technical with CI/CD, Data Analytics and Cybersecurity qualifications in addition to an MBA, her chosen specialism being Leadership and Innovation.
Elle added additional strings to her bow to embrace the 'manager as coach' competency as a people manager and head of profession. This includes an ILM Level 7 certificate in Coaching and Mentoring and a professional ICF coaching qualification earned via the Center for Executive Coaching.
She has a rare consultative skillset in enterprise business architecture and creating flow-efficient working paradigms within the product functions she leads, using the product and LEAN/agile family of methods.
In addition to a strong product consulting practice, she has trained and provided product, enterprise and executive coaching for clients including Pixar, MMC, Standard Life, Aberdeen Asset Management, Bloomberg, Tesco Bank, Adidas, The London Stock Exchange and GSK. She also gives back to UK Armed Forces charities including Recruit for Spouses as both a Community Champion and qualified Executive Coach and Mentor.
